Lynn White
Chief Executive Officer
True beauty begins from within, a belief that drives Lynn White and her business partner, William Tan, to establish a pageant geared at empowering women. Their vision aims to forge connections between contestants and leaders in the fashion and beauty industries, all while nurturing a vibrant community grounded in inclusiveness, awareness, and active engagement.
Hailing from the Southern Philippines, Lynn moved to Australia in 2007 where she secured a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Lynn works full time at Queensland Health (QH) Federal Service and has a gracefully held a position on the Board of Directors at the Queensland Filipino Australian Arts Association since 2021. She Also a certified professional stylist, best dressed and fashion icon awardee, as well as the CEO of Ms Oceania. Involved in numerous international women’s organisations, her mission extends beyond aesthetics.
Her vision is to create a beauty pageant that is different from the rest, focusing on service to the community. She wants to see women from all walks of life be represented and supported to reach their potential best – harnessing their inner and external beauty to support noteworthy causes.

Wil Tan
Chief Financial Officer
William is the founder of Sieverts Group of Companies with businesses leading industries such as medical technology through his background in physics, dispute resolution, strategic marketing, commercial fund management, property development, luxury hair styling and bespoke fashion.
William is a sought-after scientific specialist and a regular speaker at medical and scientific conferences and associations. He is passionate about building relationships and connecting with like-minded individuals. William has built high-end luxury partnerships with global brands and organised many joint venture initiatives to provide his high-net-worth clients a customised luxury experience.

Resh Ramasamy
Pageant Executive and Social Media Manager
Professor Resh Ramasamy is a Distinguished Honorary Professor, a university lecturer who have taught for 10+ years in varied disciplines, an allied health practitioner in the scope of a senior developmental educator, behavioural therapist and counselor, a fierce human and animal rights activist, published author and peer reviewer and editor for esteemed scholarly journals. Resh is an internationally recognized scholar who collaborates with academics in the UK, US, India and Pakistan on cutting-edge research and global conferences. A lot of his work is inspired by his lived experiences of being coloured, autistic and queer.
His extensive academic expertise seamlessly intersects with the world of pageantry where he is a transformative force. Beyond the glittering tiaras and dazzling gowns, Resh champions a new paradigm, one where intelligence, character and service to the community are celebrated. He empowers women to embrace their authenticity, shattering conventional norms and redefining beauty through a more inclusive and holistic lens.

Alan R
Liaison Officer
Alan R serves as the Liaison Officer for the Ms Oceania Beauty Pageant, bringing a diverse range of professional and personal interests to the role. With a full-time career in healthcare, Alan is also an entrepreneur, currently building an e-commerce business.
His passion for photography and event organizing allows him to thrive in social environments, always looking to connect with new people. Alan is dedicated to fitness, enjoying regular gym sessions and meal prepping. His enthusiasm for technology and its impact on everyday life drives him to explore innovative solutions, both personally and professionally.

Kristalyn Ria Guzman
Support Team
Kristalyn is honoured to be part of the Ms. Oceania support team, where she brings her expertise in social work and business to benefit the organisation and its participants. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Kristalyn has mastered the ability to understand the needs and issues facing communities. This knowledge, combined with her experience as a former Ms. Oceania contestant – placing as Mrs Oceania 2nd runner-up – allows her to provide valuable support and guidance to candidates throughout their journey.
As the owner of a beauty business, Kristalyn believes that everyone is beautiful in their own unique way, and true beauty comes from within. Grateful for the opportunities that Ms. Oceania has provided, she is committed to using the platform to make a meaningful difference in the community. She is passionate about helping candidates build their confidence, embrace their unique strengths, and use their voice for positive change. By fostering a supportive and empowering environment, Kristalyn aims to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation and ensure that every candidate feels valued and inspired to make their own impact.

Angelica Ramirez
Support Team
Angelica Ramirez is from the vibrant and exotic country of Colombia — one of the happiest places in the world. She grew up surrounded by animals in the beautiful Colombian countryside, which nurtured her love for nature.
Angelica takes great care of herself, exercising four times a week, and she also absolutely loves the outdoors. As an adventurous woman, Angelica made the bold decision to leave everything behind and start anew in Australia. It’s been eight years since then, and Australia has given her some incredible opportunities.
One of the highlights has been participating in Ms. Oceania 2024. This experience has opened Angelica’s heart and eyes, showing her the power of community and personal growth.
Australia has been a wonderful place to evolve mentally, emotionally, and physically as Angelica has found a strong, supportive network of women here, that uplift and learn from each other.
